Packaged in a tube of four leads, the Shorty/Wood/3000 refills are available in eight colours. Each lead is 3.15 mm thick. The soft 7B graphite lead can write on almost all materials, including wood, metal, paper and plastic. The red lead can write on glass; the white lead can write on radiographs. These leads taper with use. Thus, sharpening them is unnecessary.
