SHIPPING DETAILS:


Stylus Fine Pens + uses a flat rate pricing structure for shipments. The freight charge is dependent upon a customer’s shipping address.

Prices are as follows:

Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) $12.00
Central Canada (Ontario, Quebec) $14.00
Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland) $15.00
Northern Canada (Yukon, North West Territories, Nunavut) $15.00
Continental United States of America $20.00



Stylus Fine Pens + does not currently ship outside of Canada and the continental United States of America.

The GST (Goods and Services Tax) is applicable to all shipping charges within Canada.

Stylus Fine Pens + uses Canada Post Expedited Mail as its method of shipment.



RETURN POLICY:


Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or a refund when accompanied by an original sales receipt and with the original packaging intact. We ask that any customer wishing to return an item contact us (via phone, fax, or email) within seven days of receiving their products.

All products must be returned unused. If a product needs to be returned owing to a mechanical issue (excluding the abuse or the misuse of the product), customers are asked to contact us within 30 days of receiving their item. All writing instruments sold at Stylus Fine Pens + are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. After 30 days, if any repair is needed for a product sold through this website, we ask that customers contact the appropriate manufacturer directly.

Refunds are issued in the same manner in which the original purchase was made. A refund or an exchange will be issued once the returned product has been received by Stylus Fine Pens +.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless a product has been shipped in error. In this instance the appropriate shipping re-compensation will be given to the customer.
