Currency: All prices on this website are listed in Canadian (CAD) currency.
Taxes: Prices on this website do not include Canada's federal GST (Goods and Services Tax) tax. Within Canada, all products and shipping are subject to the GST. This tax (currently at 5% of the value of a product or a service) will be added to the final invoice. As Stylus Fine Pens + is located in the province of Alberta, no provincial sales tax is added to the prices displayed on this website.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stylus Fine Pens + Desk Accessories Inc. (its directors, employees and suppliers) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account by you or another person accessing this site using your Internet account.

- Stylus may disclose any information, including personally identifiable information we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable laws regulation, legal process or government request. Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price owing to a typographical error, Stylus Fine Pens + shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order has been cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
